Mission

Ownership with a long horizon. A light footprint by design.

Actavia LLC exists to hold technology ventures — not to run them. Each venture operates on its own, under its own name, answering to its own market. Actavia's role is structural: it provides the legal ground a venture stands on, so the people building it can stay focused on the work.

Ownership, not operation
Actavia holds. Each venture runs itself, makes its own decisions, and carries its own name to market.
Built to last, not to exit
No pressure toward a sale or a funding round. Ventures grow on their own timeline.
One entity, until scale requires otherwise
Structure stays simple. A venture earns its own entity when there is a real reason to separate it.
Approach

Technology-native from the first line of code. Not bolted on after.

Actavia's ventures are built on frontier AI — model choice follows the problem, not a single vendor relationship. Structure exists to protect that flexibility: as the underlying technology moves, the entity holding it shouldn't have to.

Lab-agnostic by design
Ventures work with whichever AI labs and models best fit the problem in front of them — never locked to one provider by contract or habit.
Multi-agent, not single-model
Complex products are built as coordinated systems of specialized agents, each doing one job well, rather than a single model doing everything passably.
Engineering discipline, always
Tests, access controls, and monitoring ship with the product — not after it, and not only when someone remembers to ask.
Capabilities

What Actavia builds. Shipped, not proposed.

Every capability below is running in production today — in Actavia's own ventures, in client systems, or in both.

Conversational agents
Multi-tenant agents on the WhatsApp Business Platform — webhook ingestion, per-customer session state, live catalog access, and human handoff.
Mobile applications
iOS and Android apps built with Expo and React Native, published and maintained on the App Store and Google Play.
Commerce & order infrastructure
Storefronts with checkout, payments, shipping, and invoicing wired into a single operation — plus the order pipeline behind them.
Multi-agent systems & RAG
Coordinated systems of specialized agents with retrieval over the client's own data — grounded answers, not generic model output.
AI integration
Intelligence placed inside products and operations that already exist: APIs, back-office automation, and decision support that respect the systems already running.
Technology

Built on infrastructure we would choose again.

Actavia is deliberate about its stack. These are the platforms and tools it builds on today — chosen per problem, kept as long as they earn their place.

Anthropic
Claude models power the reasoning behind Actavia's agents and applied-AI work.
Meta
Actavia builds on the WhatsApp Business Platform for conversational commerce and customer messaging.
Supabase
Postgres, auth, and row-level security behind ventures and client systems.
Vercel
Hosting and serverless functions for web properties, including this site.
Render
Long-running backend services and workers.
Expo
Build and release tooling for the iOS and Android applications Actavia ships.

These are tools Actavia builds with — not partnerships, certifications, or endorsements. The one formal designation Actavia holds is Meta's verified Independent Tech Provider status, listed under Accreditations.

Practice

The same engineering, applied to your product. AI, built in where it earns its keep.

Alongside its own ventures, Actavia takes on a small number of engagements: designing and building artificial intelligence into applications, products, and operations that already exist. Not a pilot deck — working software, shipped, held to the same standards as everything Actavia owns.

AI applications, end to end
From model selection through the interface a customer actually touches — design, engineering, deployment, and the monitoring that keeps it honest once it is live.
Integration, not reconstruction
Most businesses do not need to be rebuilt. They need intelligence placed inside the systems, data, and workflows already running, so the product they have gets measurably better.
Open to inquiries
Engagements are taken selectively and begin with a conversation about the problem, not the technology. Write to contact@actavia.tech.
Clients

Proof, not a pitch. Work already running in production.

BioJak — a research-peptide supplier operating in Argentina — is a client, not a venture. Actavia designed and built its storefront, the systems behind its orders and fulfillment, and its mobile applications for iOS and Android. The same engagement is open to other businesses with a product to build or an operation to modernize.

Storefront and commerce
biojak.com — catalog, checkout, payments, shipping and invoicing wired into one operation instead of five disconnected tools.
Mobile, both platforms
A single application shipped to the App Store and Google Play, sharing the same backend and the same inventory as the web store.
Intelligence where it pays
A WhatsApp assistant that answers customers in their own language, at any hour, working from the live catalog rather than a canned script.
Contact

Start with the problem. We take it from there.

Tell us what you are building — or what is slowing you down. Engagements begin with a conversation, and every message is read by a person.
